Please help. Bose, re-q, e design amp, subs, messing up

I have a 2004 Chevy Avalanche with bose. I am adding an aftermarket amp (nine 2x) and subs (two kv11) to the factory radio. I have a re-q signal processor tapped into the factory wirring before the factory amp. The line outs from the bose are putting out .3 volts. The Amp at full gain is putting out 4.4 volts. The subs are barely putting out any sound at all. Could somebody please help me?
