Please help! Amp and subs parallel setup...

Ok I have two RE SE 10" Dual 4ohm 600W RMS subs and a AudioQue 1200D Amplifier to hookup. I've never wired subs before... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Amp power... 510X1 @ 4 ohm, 870X1 @ 2 ohm, 1200X1 @1 ohm

The thing is, I want to connect in them in Parallel (since it's suggested?) but not too sure exactly how. Both subs have 2 neg. (-), and 2 pos. (+) connecters. Also, can this setup run on a 1ohm load? I believe the amp is 1 ohm stable.

Sorry for the newbie question, but I'm trying to learn this myself and don't want to screw up my equiptment. To expensive to bugger up and I have no one here to help with installation.
