I need help finding:
1. A small realiable 40 - 60 wat 2 channel amp to fit under the front seat ( no more than 5" wide. Length and heighth are not a problem. OR
2. A slightly larger (8" x 2 1/4" X 9") reliable 40-60 watt 2 ch amp with a COOLING FAN to fit under the rear enclosed seat area.

Just got my daughter an very clean 1998 Jeep Cherokee SE (not the Grand or classisc). No power seats of power locks, no Infinity system.
It already has an Awia CDC-X507M HU. Stock speakers - 5 1/4" front doors and rear hatch.
I have ordered the PG RDS65CS component set for the fronts. It may take a little modding - but I am pretty sure I can get them to fit.
I plan to drive the stock rears off the HU (45 x 4 supposedly) - but want to amp the new PGs. Dont want or need thumping sound - just nice clean sound. No sub will be installed (that I can see now anyway). HOWEVER, I want the amp out of site to deter theft as the car will many times be parked on the street at night.
I can fit a small amp under the passenger seat - BUT it can be no wider than 5". SO I have only found one option Power Acoustik PS2-150 (40 X2). I think I would be just as well off using the HU power than use the Power Acoustik. From my research the quality is questionable. MB Quart has a RAB250 - but it is 1/3" TOO WIDE. ****!
So now I move to the rear seat (the part you sit on) that flips up to allow the seat back to fold flat. There is room for a relatively small amp under there where the jack is. BUT it would have to be FAN COOLED - due to lack of air flow. Boston Acoustics has a GT-20 that fits (tried it at Earmark Audio) and it is fan cooled but at $250 + $90 to install is a little out of my price range.
Any recommendtaions for a small 2 channel amp based on my needs stated above?
