Please comment on this setup

I caught the car audio bug a long time ago, I've done a few installs myself and at one point had a very nice system with high end equipment. I love to see how the industry changes and all the cool equipment being released. However I'm very conservative in my approach, I prefer simplicity and SQ in a stealth system instead of flashy competition installs (not that I could afford that anyway!). With my current car I just want a nice clean crisp sounding system, but I also like it to be able to play loud and give good amounts of bass when I'm in the mood for that. I also have a much smaller budget this time around. Aside from the aftermarket HU, I don't want to change the look of the interior. I have looked thru this forums and have learned a lot from all of those posting here. Speacially the feedback on each individual pieces listed here. I would like to get your opinion this particular setup:

HU: Clarion DXZ835mp

Front Stage: Infinity kappa 60.5 component powered by US Acoustics USX2080

Rear Fill: Stock speakers powered by HU

Sub: 10" sub powered by another bridged US Acoustics USX2080 in a sealed enclosure.

I have a shop in mind that will do the install, I'll provide the equipment. I have not decided on a sub yet, I'm leaning towards JL Audio. I'll probably let the shop pick the best one given the amount of room available and my budget. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I decided on two amps instead of one because my car is a 2 seat hatchback. I want to hide one amp under each seat and not take any room in the small trunk I have. That's how I did it last and it worked well. I would rather have one amp, but I think it'll be to big to fit under the seat and get proper cooling.

Do you think this setup will reproduce the sound I'm looking for? I debated wether to stay with the stock HU and redirect that money to better speakers, but I think it's worth getting a quality aftermarket unit. I did that before and when I changed out to an Eclipse it made a big difference. The Clarion should give me a much better signal then stock plus more tuning options. I also thought I should have more power, but I think 80x2 and 280x1 is sufficient and hopefully will not overwork my electrical system (staying stock).

Any comments will be appreaciated, I'm getting close to purchasing the equipment but would like to hear from this forum first.

Thanks!
