The only thing left to complete my system is a Dual 12" Enclosure. I've been looking at them online, but i have no idea what looks like quality or not. Im looking for a ported enclosure for my (2) Kicker Comps CVR 2 ohm 12" Subs. Preferablly under $100 Shipped

check ebay if that is the case. although they are usually tuned pretty high. prefab will not sound good...

What tune should i look for when buying these things? What wuld sound good for alot of bass like in Hip hop and all those bass songs.

You could probably get a custom made one for $150 from a couple guys on the site. It'd be WELL worth the extra $50 over a prefab.

i have the same subs and mine is tuned at 32hz. prefab are usually tuned 38hz+ if im not mistaken.

best buy has q-logic boxes. otherwise you will get better output and quality with a custom box. i would for sure pay the extra money. your looking around 100+ shipping or even more. but its worth it.

it all depends really. this box had to be small cuz it was for a 300c. its 4 cubes @ 34hz. used less than a sheet of wood. i doubt this is even 30 pounds.

why wouldn't it fit in there? the question is will it fit in your car. and if you're willing to pay that much for a prefab, might as well get a custom built with dual chambers. eh but it's your money not mine. just trying to give advice.

I have no idea who can build them... lol this is my only option. WEll how hard is it? My grandpa has been into woodworking for 30+years.... What about ppl on this forum?

lol too bad you dont live in/near florida, a guy in the for sale section has 3 different dual 12 boxes for free picked up
