Play m3u playlist off of USB flash drive

I was looking at getting the KIV-700 and to my disappointment it will not see nor play playlist files. I even tried xml playlists and nothing.

Anyone know of a deck that takes thumbdrives and plays the playlists off of these? To me it doesn't matter if the deck has a CD player or not.
