You are going to need alot more port area...probably double what you have now. I would shoot for the 80-100 Square Inch Range

I don't really like the way this desing has the motor sitting right in front of the port. I think perhaps the box needs to be a little deeper and the sub mounted more to the left (in this pic). I'm not positive that having it your way will cause problems but it's a thought.
