Planet Audio

Hey guys, new here, got a question. I have a Planet Audio P800DVD indash and sometimes when its playing a movie or even just a cd it will turn off. I emailed planet audio and they said that im getting too many volts to my yellow wire. How do I fix this problem. I can switch to radio or tv tuner, and they will still be working but i have to turn the unit off and on a couple times before it will load the disk again. I had a pioneer cd head unit in my truck before this and i never had this problem. Any help would be appreciated. oh somebody at work told me that a grounding kit would fix it. what do you guys think.

Thanks for the link jaco, I wish i could. I bought it from this guy at work, and he said this never happened to him. He bought it off E-bay awhile back, so im kinda outta luck. paid 250 for it but he gave me back 50 of it for my trouble. just thought there was something that i could install to cut the volts down.
