When I was looking at the same thing, everyone recommended the Directed over the PA, but they did mention that if I wanted to vebture into sub 1ohm lvls that the PA would hang.

PA = better SQ IMO and Direct = more power since it can goto 1 ohm .

The Planet Audio is 1 ohm stable guys....

I run my TT-1250D at 1 ohm, and its fine. Its rated at 1 ohm, so why wouldnt it be 1 ohm stable?

I have never had a problem with mine. I know they do their rated power.

I have heard they do a bit more, but I dont think its under rated by more than 100w or so.

thank you for answering all these and one more, are they current monsters? i might go and find some one who has one to see how it sounds. interested in probably buying one. my bad for hijacking this thread.
