Planet Audio PA2500D

Hello , I am needing photos of a Planet Audio PA2500D monoblock class D amplifier. I need circuit board photos of the componets. I am rebuilding this amp and I need the manufacture and part number for :
Q410-Q415, Q311-Q315, these should be all the same mosfet.
Q108-Q115, also the same mosfet.
IC111, Clamped along side the mosfets, 3 LEGS
C163,C164 film cap value?
D309, D310 switching diodes
D311, D312 Switching diodes
And finally,
IC105- 16 PIN, WHAT IS THAT BABY

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am wanting to mod this amp with Bigger amperage fets like IRSB3207, OR 3307, 3077 combo, any advice for changing resistors to accommodate this is much needed. Thankyou
