That depends on what's "good" to you.

If you're expecting a good quality, long lasting 3500w rms amp you'd be 0 for 3.

If you're expecting a decent quality, semi-reliable 3500 rms amp you'd still be 0 for 3.

If you're on a minimal budget and desperate for ~2000w rms with no real expectation of lasting very long then it might be as good as you're going to find.
