steals my wallet with $246 cash in it and leaves.... what would you do ??

You don't even need PS to do it. Open up the image in Paint, and use "Stretch/Skew" horizontally and vertically to resize it...not as neat or efficient as PS, but you can make it smaller that way, playing with the percentages.
