i run the pioneer 770 and love it as a 1st HU. it great quality and has enough features to get you started off

ok, well im bout to just get the CD4000 since the discounts on the pioneers weren't as good as I thought...and the 4000 is still cheaper.

btw, why does the 4000 cost so much more than the DEHP6800MP...retail???

I would buy the eclipse. I have always been a pioneer fan but would rather have a mass produced eclipse over a mass produced pioneer. I just see to many issues with pioneer decks after 6 months or so.
