How many vrx935vd brain units do you have?

You say fedex lost my first one, and you sent the second one dhl ( you said you have ONE more of these units in a pm and that you would send it because you dont do bad buisness ) but it came right back to you somehow and now you still have a clarion vrx935vd for sale for 305 + shipping....and its been over a month and I dont have mine yet.

Honestly the way everything seems, I doubt I am ever gonna get my stuff.....am I?

DHL tells me that the last scan was when it came back to you, because for some reason there was no real address on my side, and your full adress wasnt on it either so they sent it right back to you.

How you got it back and how that works out I dont know but this is what customer service has been telling me.

Fedex tells me that the first one was never actually sent out. The information was just sent to them.

You are online but havent awnsered my last pm sent yesterday about if they changed the tracking number when you sent it out again dhl because THERE IS NO UPDATED INFORMATION ON THE SITE AND IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS.

Im sick of playing nice because im pretty sure I have been scammed....

If it does actually come in, I will take back all I said....but im having my doubts.

Well you got till tomorow to make a refund into this paypal acount ( shadow_slash51@hotmail.com ) or provide proof of shipment showing that the package is in transit. If you do not do this, or get in contact with me about these problems and come to me with a reasonable solution.....I will be contacting paypal to get this resolved.

Bought a clarion vrx935vd brain plus all wiring for 155 usd shipped and never recieved it yet.

I would like to have my money back or the things I paid for.......that is whats going on here.

I agree. First the item wasnt shipped out for a few days and then he shipped EXPRESS fedex he said but I never got it. It was then shipped EXPRESS dhl and it went right back to him.

I should have had this unit a week and a half after purchase....at the absolute most.

I also had to pay 35 bucks ontop of the 155 for customs taxs when fedex phoned me.

I guess they charge before they even get it or somthing, because fedex stands by there word that they have never physicaly had the package in there possesion.

Hm,I still havent received my item and its been over a week.But Im keeping the faith that he is sending stuff out to everybody and he will continue to be good seller on caf.com. I hope he explains whats going to on to everybody to clear his name though

First,

HBass maniak, please show that i shipped it and fit was reaturned to the dhl service center because international packages can not be shipped to any type of po box, or box address.

So if you are goign to start that then please tell the whole story.

I shipped it to the address that was in your paypal account as you stated.

It was shipped dhl(will provide tracking number when i get home)

Went thru customs and was sent back because of the box address on the package. NOT because of no address on your package or lack of my address.

My address is all over the package.

As well as your full name(first and last, where is was going to...the box address in faust, Alberta, and such.

The dhl service has not told you that i picked up the package. Package never was picked up or sent back to me. It was sent back to the dhl center.

It clearly states that on the dhl website as of a few days ago.

I went back up there with the NEW address you gave me, signed a form for the adress change and customs and left.

Also I asked the guy at the desk if I had to pay taxes again?....He stated no.

I will gladly take pictures of the form and send them to you.

This shipment with dhl is causing a bunch of BS.

So before you state something please state the whole story. I understand completely where you are coming from, but please dont accuse me of something i have not done. I have been taking care of this just as soon as I am able to and have kept in contact with you the whole time.

If your package does NOT change status by Tuesday, I will refund your money 100% + plus your $35 you had to pay the customs tax. That is the best I can do.

I dont know why you paid taxes, before it arrived. But I had to pay myself when i shipped dhl.

But you dont realize I shipped it to you the first time to the address in your paypal account.

Well its dhl filling my head with non-sence then. They had told me that the package was sent back because of a lack of information not because it was a po box number, but they stated that ontop of the matter I had brought up. I had honestly thought that the there was a lack of information because well..... what am I suposed to think if they tell me that. Same with fedex, they told me 4 times that the package was never ever in there posession. These are the reasons I felt scammed.

With all that I have been hearing from these shipping companys, its hard to think other wise. Like I said tho, if the package comes in I take back all I said. If I get the package and fedex lost the first one then you are a **** good man / buisness man for sending me a second unit regardless that the first one got lost in the mail.

Well I hope the status changes by tuesday, because I would much rather have the item then the money. Sorry for jumping to conclusions if the unit is in transit but not updated on the site.... but im sure you can see why I would think this, with all this trouble with the shipment and the information that fedex / dhl have told me.
