Will a face from a Deh p44 work on a 2400f unit?

I reckon it is technically possible but without some way of testing it by putting it on the unit in question to see if it works I wouldn't spend any $$ on it...

too late I thought I was buying a deh p44from a guy on SD.com but it was a deh p-44 face and a 2400f unit..... and ihooked itup and got nothing.

Too say the least I am sorely unhappy at the moment

send it back? the faces from pioneer cost more than the decks themselves.

a face for my p860mp cost like $265 when the deck is less than $180.

Well I am gonna contact the person I bought it from and see if he just made a minstake or something like sending the wrong unit or whatever, andif thatisn't the casei will ask for my money back and send it back.
