Pioneer DEH -X6690BT and Speaker Impedance

I was looking at purchasing Pioneer DEH -X6690BT Head Unit . . . The user manual is at https://forkytom.s3.amazonaws.com/442071e8a96df67b9b2b9562199b8afb

The documentation has these lines "Use Speakers over 50 Watts and between 4 Ohms to 8 Ohms. Do not use 1 to 3 Ohms Speakers".

The thing is that I have already purchased a set of Infinity Kappa 60.11CS speakers. And they seem to have 2 Ohm Nominal Impedance as on Kappa 60.11cs - Infinity

Does this mean that there is no way I can match these speakers and the HU? Is there a way of adding 2 Ohm resistance while making the connections? Any downsides to this approach?

Also does this Headunit DEH -X6690BT has input for Steering Wheel Control?

At the bottom of the specs sheet, it says steering wheel control ready. As far as the Infinity, pick up a gma3602 (90rms@2ohm)

Another option available in my location is Polk Audio DXi6500 Polk Audio DXi6500 6-1/2" component speaker system at Crutchfield.com

How are Polk Audio speakers when it comes to Car Audio?
