Pioneer DEH-P3500 with a blue wire cut (?)

Hello, I'm new here and I don't know much at all about car audio. Someone just gave me a head unit and a all blue wire is cut and gone on the wire harness.

What is this wire?

and

Will I need a new harness or will it still be fine?

blue is power antenna wire.

blue with a white stripe is 12v remote turn on (like for an amp)
