Pioneer DEH-860mp faceplate motor dead?

It was working fine one day, then the next the motor would stay tilted (half way). Powering it off then on will bring it back to the original position, but a few seconds later it would just tilt. When I hit the Eject CD button, the CD wont eject but the faceplate would tilt all the way (like it usually does when it ejects a cd). I can't hear the motor spin up either when I press the eject button, it would still continue to play the cd. Am I SOL?

Try tapping on the top of the faceplate, sometimes something gets either loose, or slightly goofy in its play. It COULD also be the motor, but I've had similar happen to me in all 3 860mp's I've owned.
