Had this in my truck, took it out, its now sitting in a box. As you can see from the pictures the face is in mint condition, no noticeable scratches or wear at all. Comes with everything except original box. Manual, trim ring, cage, remote etc all included, I also have the case for the face plate somewhere, however my kids used it to hold coins, so it could be anywhere, as long as I can find it, it will be included. Also includes 3.5mm to 2.5mm cable for aux input.
