pioneer deh-640 or the panasonic CQ-DF602U???

which one wold be better for me ill be runing 2 amps one for sub and then more than likely one for my componet set, i intended going with the deh-640 b/c ive heard that pioneer premiers are awesome, but then i was searching for another cd player, b/c i didnt want to do like did last time and just get the first thing i see, well anyways i seen the panasonic at ikesound.com and it looked tight i was just wondering if it would compare to the pioneer?????
