Pioneer DEH 4000 UB WS remote issue

I have a pioneer DEH 4000-UB and I don't know if is compatible with a wire less remote . like this one CDSR110

I asket them but the answer was..

"pioneer remote's are normally universal but i am unable to confirm if it will work with your non uk specification cd tuner.

on the tehnic detail form difrent online shop's it say thet you need an adaptor to use remote contorol on this model can some one tell me wher can I find this adaptor and what is the name for this adaptor...
