Pioneer AVH P6500 (quick question- visualizations?)

I just sold my Kenwood VZ907 in hopes of getting a more versital unit. So, I just picked up a Pioneer AVH p6500. Yeah it does dvd, mp3, touchscreen and yada yada.....but its boring. From what ive seen, it doesnt seem to have any way to change the background from the stupid blue dolphin and the screen doesnt seem to rotate towards or away from the driver.

For those who are familiar with this unit, am I doing something wrong? Does it rotate left and right like my old Kenwood?

Is there a way to make different backgrounds other then the atari looking dolphin and blue screen?
