Pioneer Avh-p5700 In Dash Unit

I Just Installed This Unit In My Truck And After It Was Installed I Try To Play A Dvd Or Cd And It Keeps Giving Me A Error-02 Code Which Means Dirty Or Scratched Disk But I Tried Every Disk And They Work In My Other Units. Does Anybody Have Any Answers If So They Would Be Greatly Appreciated.

The same shit happens to me...on my really scratched cd's it won't even skip it'll just stop playin....glad to know its not just mine

If you aren't happy with the cd player, take it back and get a refund or exchange; you have only had the unit for a week.
