These are yellow cone Pioneer speakers. I do not like them. They cannot keep up with strong midbass songs and have visibly aged. The cone, in several areas, looks like it is developing cracks. These things are rated at 150w peak, but a low RMS (40w?) 150w will kill these things.
Definitely NOT recommended for anyone shopping for Pioneer 6 1/2s
If you insist on these, however, they do produce sound. 22w RMS is pushing it for these, and they seems to be really inefficient. (>85DB, but that is off the top of my head)
Factory replacement? Yes. Amplified high performance midbass? No.
