Pics of the Nightshade 15

Why don't you look on Sundown's site. I think the Z is a heavier-duty woofer than the Nightshade.
Night shade is more heavy duty buck.......z 2 stacked motor nightshade 3 stacked...also will take a ton of power...this 1500 rms is bs...more like 2500

Z v.1 -- 1000 RMS / Similar to TC-9 type motor / 4-layer round aluminum coil

Z v.2 -- 1500 RMS / Heavy double stack (similar weight to NS v.1) / Internal Shorting Ring / 4-layer flat aluminum or 4-layer bifilar round copper coil

NS v.1 -- 1500 RMS / Triple Stack / 8-layer flat aluminum coil (several WW versions; 42mm OG / 50mm most newer ones)

NS v.2 -- 2000 RMS / Triple Stack (slightly shorter magnet stack) / very thick back and top plates / dual shorting rings / better cooling / 8-layer flat aluminum coil @ 71mm long stock

I'd suggest re-sending as my auto-reply suggests:

"Due to the high e-mail volume we receive at Sundown Audio it may take some time to respond to your inquiry. If you do not receive a reply within 2 or 3 days it is advisable to re-send your e-mail to make sure we received it. Thanks for your patience."

If it takes more than a few days or so; may be lost in cyberspace.

Alternatively you can e-mail Brandon at contact@sundownaudio.com or brandon@sundownaudio.com

What would be your cost savings per unit having your coils wound in aluminum instead of copper? Can you quantify the efficiency (or dB) gains...
