He did then sold it. Bought a complete system on ebay for $1,500 and got scammed. He wants me to do a system for him after Christmas. Its gonna be 2 RL-P 12"s and a couple hifonics amps in a nice custom install.

Color I wanted a bluish tint. I may go 10K in the fogs.

After 6,000K it's just useless. 3,000K has the most output in terms of lumens with 12,000K+ being VERY close to stock halogens. I wouldn't be surprised if my SilverStars have the same output as your 8,000K

yep thats why asked, 8k is still fairly bright, alot brighter than silverstars thats for sure, if it were me i woulda gotten 6k

pretty much any HID > silverstars actually.

I have 4100k bulbs too, but while bright, they just dont look that great. I like the 8000k better. I have 3000k fogs.

The 6k's are nice my other buddy has them in his Explorer. Not blue enough for me however.

I think your nighttime photograph is better looking than your daytime photograph, however that is not a good thing and you are losing by having it that way.
