what year/model tacoma is that? any pics? i will be getting a brand new 06 double cab and was thinking about a single dd 8".

I have an 06 DC and you can fit just about any sub that has a 5.5" mounting depth or smaller. Looks like you could easily fit a 10" of that same series behind the seat no sweat. I know you can fit up to three tens back there. I'll be putting two in.

not enough air space. i was going to do a single 8 ported, or perhaps a single 10" if room permits, but i doubt it.

the DD 1008's retail @ $139 a pop, plus an extra $59 if you want the carbon fiber dustcap.

They end up being 111 per sub at Club DD pricing. Without Carbon Fiber dust cap.

That same box you see in the Tacoma did a 141.7 on the TL on the dash of DD's Mini Cooper on the rear bridged channels of the C4 amp.....about 400w.
