Following this and enjoying your progress, but I liked the angle of the subs before you repositioned them ?? I'd be worried whatever you'll have in your trunk will damage the surround, it's gonna be so close to the floor now.Making progress. The subs stick out a bit further than I hoped, but I'm doing some tweaking to see if I can fix that.
My main issue is that I don't wana trim it much more than I have.

I liked the angle I had as well, but I had to trim down the base for more trunk space. Thus making them a bit more parallel.Following this and enjoying your progress, but I liked the angle of the subs before you repositioned them [emoji53][emoji53] I'd be worried whatever you'll have in your trunk will damage the surround, it's gonna be so close to the floor now.
Curious. Why the decision for custom enclosures?

Loving the progress, it looks much better now that I'm seeing felt over it. how are you measuring the airspace? Packing peanuts? Take a good picture of one side. Im looking at that picture where I can see the back deck, it looks like it's begging to have an amp rack installed upside-down up there..... So much unused space. I found an install a while back and had to re find it that I really liked you should check out that kind uses the upper part of all that.Getting close to the end! Wrapped the enclosures in polyester, they fit perfectly! The only issue is the left side is a bit more straight than the right. I'm not sure whether I'm going to fix this or not. Looking good though!![]()

Yeah, I'm using packing peanuts to measure the airspace. I have ~1.2cu ft.Loving the progress, it looks much better now that I'm seeing felt over it. how are you measuring the airspace? Here's a decent exampleEdit: wow that build is outrageous! Explain what you mean by the back deck, though I don't know if I have that much more cash to throw into it.
It's too late at this point, but do you think he lob-sidedness is really apparent? Iv already fiberglassed it.
Good job!I did it! Good grief that was a process. I lost count on the amount of layers I put after the fleece but I can tell you this whole set up is solid.
Don't judge the horrific wiring set up as I'll be moving everything around. This was just to listen to the subs and see if they sound good in the enclosures.
Fitment is spot on, though it's a bit easier to tell that one side has more angle than the other. Oh well. For my first attempt I'd say I did a **** good job and I'm proud of it.
If anyone has questions, I will do my best to answer them.
