That is crazy! Sounds like he fucked with the wrong person.
You haven't caught him yet, have you? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gifDamn right he did! He had no idea who he was dealing with lol
what? there is no discount on phones. working for ATT you get 1 free line and they issue you a phone. you can change phones periodically. At least he can get a new one at a discount. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
Bro it happened after the store closed...I can do the tracing todaysorry OP but it's hard to believe that you work for ATT and haven't either got your phone back or at least caught the guy. I know that ATT tech can run an IMEI or SIM trace on a stolen phone. I have a friend that works for ATT and his phone was stolen, he called his store and told them what happened and within a hours the guy was caught and the phone was returned.
Or for free...it was my Company Owned Unit (COU)At least he can get a new one at a discount. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
That's not even really true...I get a COU line, which is not technically a "free line" since it's only a work line. But still, I act like it is lol. Too poor to pay for my own line. And I can't change phones periodically, I have to wait for them to change phones for me when they feel like it!what? there is no discount on phones. working for ATT you get 1 free line and they issue you a phone. you can change phones periodically.
Says the guy with the gay ass fuckin Mitsubishi EclipseYour phone is gone no matter what you threaten. $uck it up Pansy and move on.
Cell phone thug... LMAO
don't know what you do for ATT but your COU like is a free phone but if it's lost or damaged you have to pay for that, the line itself is free. as for changing phones, you can swap phones with other COU lines or if you higher up you can do a phone COU request for whatever phone you want. as long as they are available you'll get it. my friend started with the Aria, he wanted the Bold and got it 2 days later, when the Infuse came out he wanted it but only one was going to the store so he sent a request in and got it the week after release. as for the trace you don't need a store to be open to call into tech to run a trace especially for a COU phone. you either just started or don't know how to use the resources that ATT provides their employees. I don't even work there and I know all this stuff. That's not even really true...I get a COU line, which is not technically a "free line" since it's only a work line. But still, I act like it is lol. I mean it's not "free" meaning it's taken away if I change jobs. It's still a company phone. I'm only a Sales Support Rep, so I can't request my own COU's. I don't know how to utilize all the resources unfortunately. I just called my Finance Representative at my store and asked her to call in for a few things and deactivate the COU, I didn't know I could call into a tech to track the phone...Do you know what tech I call in to?don't know what you do for ATT but your COU like is a free phone but if it's lost or damaged you have to pay for that, the line itself is free. as for changing phones, you can swap phones with other COU lines or if you higher up you can do a phone COU request for whatever phone you want. as long as they are available you'll get it. my friend started with the Aria, he wanted the Bold and got it 2 days later, when the Infuse came out he wanted it but only one was going to the store so he sent a request in and got it the week after release. as for the trace you don't need a store to be open to call into tech to run a trace especially for a COU phone. you either just started or don't know how to use the resources that ATT provides their employees. if you leave ATT you lose that line. Even as sales support you can still request any COU device you just have to either request it through your store manager or you DM. I don't know the tech line but you have a direct dial in number at the stores phone and than you have a number that you can give to the customers. the number you give to customers is the one you'd dial into, once your in you just have to tell them you're calling about a COU device that you need to trace. worst case scenario is that you'd have to get your store manager to initiate the trace. since it's a COU device you don't need to do all the other stuff that customer's would have to do, i.e a police report. i don't know if you at a training store that has a trainer available but if you do they can show you exactly who to call and what needs to get done. plus doesn't your store have camera's on all the sales devices and computers?I mean it's not "free" meaning it's taken away if I change jobs.
