A few weeks back, I posted on the forum that the midwoofer from my PG Xenon X6.5 set broke. I suspect water, but that's a whole other story. Anyway, I just got off the phone with Phoenix Gold. I ask them how much it would cost to buy a replacement woofer and they told me $30.75 (they wanted MSRP of $69 before I told them I paid $100 for the set). He said shipping would be about $6 bucks. I think it's a pretty good price for a replacement mid woofer. I asked him if he could sell me the speaker that originally came with the set and he said yes. He threw it in for $3 which it very good considering a good 50 feet came with it. Oh yeah, I've been riding around without front speakers since January! It has been HELL. lol

I can relate to riding without speakers somewhat... Good to hear u like their support, I think they have some of the best customer service to date..

PG has great customer service, and they will actually repair their old amps for reasonable rates...and super fast.

I sent two amps for repair...i got one of them back, in my hands, seven days after i sent it out..the other one i got one the 10th day.

I have a set Ive been trying to sell......havent had any luck.

A heads up to everyone before I get my sleep... If you're worried about rain, buy baffles for your speakers and just cut the bottom portion out so the speakers aren't enclosed, but protected on top from the elements. Anyone have any places they would like to recommend for purchasing baffles? Something aside from Crutchfield.
