Phoenix Gold SX 6.5s any good?

Are these components any good? Another member wanted to sel me a pair for 199.99 and just wonder if I should choose these over JBL GTO609. Already Google search and no reviews. Anyone know if PG is still good?

PG is ok. They fell off for a while but they are now owned by AAMP of America who say they are bringing them back up. I don't think I'd use the low end stuff

I sell the SX as my entry level speaker because for the money they do sound so well and better than other companies more expensive lines. The Ti3 would be the next level up followed by the flagship Elites. Also $199.99 is what you can buy them new with warranty from an authorized dealer.

this is where it's at. FaitalPRO 8FE200 8" Professional Woofer 8 Ohm | eBay been in business since '58 and it's a family owned business not a corporation..their speakers are made in Italy.

I have these they rock. I know it's a little fan-boyish but they really are great speakers for that money.
