Phoenix Gold Rsdc

Hello,first post here so be gently!!i have a question that needs a quick answer, will a phoenix gold rsdc be louder that 2 cvrs,will it handle an mtx 1000d (1000watt rms@2 ohm). I know that everything is in the instal but lets say that both will be in a perfect instal 2 cvrs hitting 139db for now, will the rsdc be closer?if someone have any other sub in mind that will be louder that rsdc with 1000-1200 watt rms please let me know

I liked the rsd... but i would go with the rsdc and if its not loud enough you can add another later

have you hear it against cvr? will it get louder?

my 10 inch rsd sealed sounded just as loud if not louder than a friends 12 inch cvr . I know that the rsdC is louder than the rsd so most likely louder than the cvr

have you meter it?that cvr was sealed too? also from expirience do you thing that it will handle 1000 watt?

no i never metered it sorry and yes the cvr was also sealed.

So I would go with the RSDc

the rsdc imo sound really good but if you are looking for a single rsdc to get louder than 2 cvrs, i dont think it will. however 2 rsdc's will be louder than 2 cvrs

yes the Rsdc's will be louder then the Cvr's. I have 2 Rsdc's and my buddy has two Cvr's. My setup is louder and I have a trunk car and he has a hatchback. And the Rsdc is probably the best subs out of all the ones made by Phoenix Gold so far. You get alot for what you pay for. And I would get another one of those mtx amps and put each amp on each sub. The sub could handle it. Just set your gains right.
