PHD Components

Hey I was wondering if anyone has heard a set of phd components, im not sure which line but they are supposed to be a nice sounding set, can anyone back that up? A friend of mine bought a bunch of sets at a show he was at and since Im looking for a nice pair to put in he suggested them, I was going to put my rainbow profi's in but i dont think Im goin to keep my truck so it wouldnt be worth it, lemme know what you guys think of these, also, they will be run off of a arc audio 4150, with rainbow 5x7's in the back and a single 12" idq for bass, should sound pretty good, thanks----Dinty

I know these were made in Italy and that their raw drivers have garnered some praise (don't remember where I saw that). Supposed to be well made. I know they had some loose association with another brand that may have distributed them some time ago. Maybe JM Labs? Other than that, I don't really know much else. Might be worth a try.
