pg xenon comps vs diamond d661s

i know, haha. but seriously, i can get the xenon for 100 shipped off ebay and the diamonds for about 200. think the d6's are worth twice as much or would i notice a large difference in daily driving, sealed kick panels in an 87 ***** am, off an orion 8004?

Price has nothing to do with performance. With that being said I havent heard those diamonds you mentioned, but I highly doubt they are worth twice as much as the xenons. I dont even know if they are better than the xenons, but I guess just go listen to both of them. Read some reviews also.

after reading up on the pg's more, i dont think they're what im looking for. i want to keep it under 300 but i want it to sound really nice.

how about the d661's against the rainbow soundlines?
