Just keep it matching and get the rsd 1200.1. Easy choice... No point in mixing brands when you can get it so cheap, and its solid. / You are making this harder than it has to be..

I have not tried the newest PG amps, but since they have under gone many changes as a company I would prefer the Kicker.
