Persistent Motor noise/white noise

I have a persistent noise issue and i have tried everything that i know as well as numerous things that i have researched.

the system is pictured in this diagram below

only change is i have replaced the two RF 500.1 with a MMATS 1400.1

i have 0 gauge going to the back under the truck on pass side. i have nice gold plated terminals on the battery. 0 gauge ground (>3ohms) about 2 foot in length going into dist block and each amps ground (4) coming from dist block all ground from dist block to amp are no more than 2 ft. Power is the same configuration 0 in 4-4ga out to amps.

up front I have

ac/dc invertor

samsung galaxy tab

middle of the road eq

Pioneer Premier deck

all of these are grounded together to a new ground (>3 ohms), all get power from 5 pin relay switched on by switch ign wire. The Samsung feeds teh deck via phono to pioneer rb10 adapter then 1 set of rcas from deck to eq then 3 sets of rcas from eq into crossover then each set of rcas to their respective amps.

the motor noise has been persistent and does come and go. Yesterday i put the 1400.1 on my subs and i now have a ton of white noise through my mids. i have bypassed everthing i can think of and the only thing that changes anything is when i remove the rcas from the MMATS, when i do that the noise up front is reduced almost completely. But nothing i do completely removes the noise.

any insight as to what my issue may be would be great.

well after i hit send just a moment ago I had a thought and i ran outside and connected the tablet directly to the eq and disconnected the deck from it and noise is gone, not sure why the mmats amp had an effect on the noise issue but apparently i need to do the pioneer rca grounding trick tmrw.
