baah all you need is somee duct tape to cover the holes and you are all set

and turn around time = about 30 seconds

Do you really think DUCT TAPE is going to seal those holes? Yeah, I don't think tape is the solution. perhaps a silacone seal.

Those holes are prolly just in the dustcap, not all the way thru the cone underneath as well.
