Top 5 songs:

Bruce Springsteen - Streets of Philadelphia

Jethro Tull - Skating Away (On the thin ice of a new day)

Ayreon - Isis and Osiris

Paul Simon - You can Call me Al

Raiden - Fallin' (Friction Remix)

I'm going to cheat and add this sixth:

July 27th from the K-Pax soundtrack. The subtle sounds around 2:40 blow my mind.

As far as bass goes, these are some of my favorites:

Southern Smoke 17 - Boyz in Blue

8Ball and MJG - Hickory Dickory Dock (worst chorus ever)

Nightmare On Bass Street - Season Of Bass

Bass Mekanik - Pump Up

Bass Mekanik - Out of This World

1. Fear Factory- Shock (after the intro is over, 4 NICE drop notes)

2. Chronic Future- Memories In F Minor (just listen to it, a decent song)

3. Panic! At The Disco- But It's Better If You Do (towards the end of the song, there is some kick drum info that is pretty low and pretty fast)

4. Famous ft/ Chamillionaire- Rain (it's on MM3, so if you want it, chamillionaire dot com for it)

5. Amon Amarth- Cry Of The Blackbirds (fast, decently low, will put your subs/midbass into a nice workout)

I could probably list more, but that's what I've been listening to the most when I've show my setup to friends.
