I'll be different... A system involves more than subs, after all //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
1) Michael W. Smith - Freedom Battle
It's an instrumental piece with everything from brass to strings to strong percussion. It sounds like it came out of an epic battle in a movie. It really sends chills up my spine to listen to it. It is truly an experience.
2) Yes - Starship Trooper
The layering in this song is amazing. So much going on over so many instruments. Especially the last 3 minutes. It requires a good *** system to hear it, and hear it right. This is another song that is truly an experience, as well as quite the test of imaging and staging.
3) Demon Hunter - Ribcage
Strong kickdrum beats and fast double bass rolls. Not to mention it's fast paced and intense, with strong vocals and guitar. It will make me drive faster. Seriously.
4) Emerson, Lake and Palmer - The Three Fates
This is a great SQ track. It is very delicate and intricate, and it's very diverse. It's a difficult song to reproduce well, and it really points out whats wrong with a system. I have to tweak something every time I hear it.
5) Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc.
It's just a fun song with a good bass beat, good energy and good progression. I just never get tired of it.
