biking is also very good to do..i agree with u...i too like to ride my bike for excerciseummm...other then biking and tredmil/ eliptical thats about all i do so..if you have ankle problems then im not sure what would be the best for you...id say bike but im guessing...
ps biking getts my heart rate up around 175-180, not sure if it should be that high but...thats just how it is when im on that god forsaken machine
