people that work out/supplements??

well congrats on the weight loss...i am not trying to make u look bad or anything..i wouldnt put u down on working out..everyone has to start somewhere ..im 5 8 and i was 158 pounds last year at 6% body fat..i only weigh 143 now..but that is cuz i stopped working out....

well for u i would keep that cardio up...keep off of the heavy free weights for a while unless u just want to be big bulky guy...which isnt bad at all...but other wise i would prolly do a good cardio work out for about an hour a day 3 or 4 times a week...its not easy but u have to push ur self[/QUOTE]

Once I get myself actually dragged into the gym, I'm golden. I'm make sure to stay on the bike for at least 15 minutes with my heart rate at the cardio level.
yup i would do the bike thing for a few days...when u think u can handle more i would try some plyometrics...its hard stuff but man ..u will love the results after a few months...just eat good no fast food..its hard but hey gotta do what u gotta do....u got this far so just keep going

 
u can work out more then 60 minutes..but if ur just starting i would only stick to an hour
Beginners should start w/ even less. Do you know the physiological processes taking place when you work out and why longer workouts are a DETRIMENT to your body?

9/10 bodybuilders (and probably powerlifters) will tell you to keep it under an hour, preferably 45 min. Unless, as I stated, you are on AAS (Anabolic / Androgenic Steroids).

very true..if u take it in the right amount for ur body or else u will feel like crap...and for anyone out there who dont know...dont ever put like 3 scoops ur first time trying it..i gurantee u will be in the bathroom more then on the bench

true...but it really depends on ur physical and mental strength as a beginner..a natural athelete will hold up longer ..most likely in there first gym work out...also depends on what u do in the gym

thats what you want to do. that is exactly it....most machines will actually tell u to slow down when ur not even that tired...i was on a cardio machin and it told me to slow down after about 2 mins cuz my heart rate..but i didnt even break a sweat yet..might have just been the machine tho

TRUE!!!!!!! if substances effect you body...you know who you are... take 1-2 for about a week or 2 then do 2...maybe 3 after that...

i have a buddy that took it for the first time and took 2 full scoops and almost felt like he was gunna pass out. so just try different amounts for first time users...i can take 3 scoops and not feel that much...thats just how my body is..and thats on an empty stomach too. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
 
Oh, and what are some cardio workouts that don't put a lot of stress on my ankles. I have an ankle problem and simply can't afford to push myself to the limit like I should be on a treadmill or elliptical because I have a job and walk to classes also.

 
u can be able to lift 300 pounds 1 time but dont mean u can do 200 5 times....need muscle indurance as well as the strength

Just because you *feel* like you can go for 2-3 hours, doesn't mean you should. Sometimes I have to force myself to leave. I feel like an animal and want to go longer, but I know (through experience and research) that's not the way to do it.

that is the problem with the no2 products tho...its not always good for ur stomach and actually no explode isnt very good..it contains caffine..which is not healthy for ur body on a daily intake

u can tell when ur muscles can handle weight or not...but u r right ...its not always about muscles...if u squat to much when u work out..eventually ur knees will give out over time..and so forth on other work outs..and i reccomend people doing cardio..try not to run alot ...do the eliptical machines better for the joints

ummm...other then biking and tredmil/ eliptical thats about all i do so..if you have ankle problems then im not sure what would be the best for you...id say bike but im guessing...

ps biking getts my heart rate up around 175-180, not sure if it should be that high but...thats just how it is when im on that god forsaken machine
