Horse shit. Vitamin pills are worthless.
u see what i mean..there u go with the talking....and yes they do ...they carry water soluble and fat soluble...the b vitamins run through ur body for eneregy and leave with waste...the fat vitamins stay in...u notice once u stop taking the vitamins..that it effects u

 
Best supplement = real food bought at the store. Supplements other than Vitamin S do very little for a healthy body that's getting all the nutrition it needs from wholesome foods. There is NO magic pill, just a lot of rich supplement company owners.

Save your $$$ for shit that really matters, like car audio....

 
I take 2-3 scoops of NO xplode before workout... syntha 6 After...when i first started taking noX i gained about 10 lbs in a month... and got a hell of a lot stronger...as of now i used to (as reference) max out on bench at 180-185...last week i benched 250lbs twice. im not an expert but i do eat well and try to work out 4-6 days a week.

 
how do you take in so much, and how many protein shakes do you drink daily? Its hard to take in as much as i am, its like i have a full stomach all day long, lol..my metabolism is so high, theres no way im putting fat on
i guess ill try some creatine and attempt to eat more..whats up with the weight gainers and can i stack them with the ON im already taking..it just seems like taking in a bunch of protein shakes, some weight gainer and then creatine seems like a lot, or is this just the norm?
it really dont matter how much u eat unless u just want fat..but by protein..ur body only takes in 50 g every three hours....so find a good protein that is about 50 g per serving and u should be set

Matt360...........eat some friggin meat, drink milk, eat pasta, etc... weight gainer shit is just empty calories that cost a LOT more than real food.
that is true..but the only way to get as good of protein is to eat complete proteins such as fish all the time..i mean there are other types but i do agree if u eat good foods...there is no need for vitamins or weight gainer...but some people just dont like to make good food everyday...a protein shake for me is much easier

That's the only source for protein in powder form.
milk only has few grams of protein and i dont think that milk has glutamines and 5 g of carbohydrates in each glass

 
So, since this thread is up, I'll go ahead and ask here instead of making a new one...

What are some good beginner workout plans? Everything from sleep to equipment. Probably aimed more at getting my body fat % down while putting muscle mass on.
