people that work out/supplements??

I would try NO2. You take it once before work out, 45 mins or so, and take tons of protein afterwards.

I am currently on SuperPump 250, and take a RTD51 (protein after i work out) I have been doing this for two weeks or so.. and i have seen a gain of 4 lbs about 4-5 days ago. I took NO xplode last year, whew, that stuff works well. I gained 12 lbs over a 2 month period of time

With the NO2 though, make sure you drink ALOT of water, so you dont get the shits. Thats the only downside. You'll also need to be in the gym 3-4-5 days a week to have the most substantial gains..

All i take is ON protein (a shake when I wake up, and one pre- and post- workout), and creatine ethyl ester..Has worked GREAT for me..Put on about 15 pounds of muscle the past year..

And as far as the NO2 boosters.....I wouldn't recommend them..They supposedly give you a better pump, but from all the reviews I have read, you don't see much muscle gain.

 
I have been working out with muscle milk for 2 months and prior to that a year working out without anything. and now every new chick i meet at the beach tends to get very close if you know what i mean:)

but adding muscle milk two months ago to my schedule hasn't seemed to boost any muscle growth that would have came in two months with no supplements anyways.

 
NO2 products aren't designed for gains, they will give you a great pump (which is a good thing to have in the gym) in conjunction with an increase of energy and less muscle fatigue. It's having those things on your side that allow you to lift more weight which in turn will cause you to gain muscle if you also have a proper diet/ protein intake.

I used NANO vapor from muscletech but as weird as it sounds it made me really really itchy, i was having some sort of adverse reaction to it....ive also used superpump250, and a number of other NO2 products. For me nothing beats the good old NOxplode i get better pumps with that than with any other pre workout NO2 product.

be careful with muscle milk as it has much more calories than other Whey proteins...i suggest muscle milk to people who are trying to gain overall weight, not just muscle

where do you guys buy your stuff at?

I work out everyother day..i try to take in a gram of protein per lb of body weight/per day..is this pretty much ideal?

Im 6'1", ~180...i havent gained but 5-10lbs in 8-10 months which doesnt seem too great..Ive obviously gained muscle mass, but not really gaining weight.

 
i do 2x body weight if your really trying to put it on......im 6'2 220lbs....used to be 175...eat everything in sight if you wanna gain weight..bulk up...get a little flab on you...and then cut it down...its a shitty cycle but its how it works

there is a few creatines...there different in how the transport water and control the fosfates....creatine monohydrate is the bad one...well not bad but the worst of them...no2 is great if u have a weight gainer....i have used alot of things...like the guy that uses superpump...prolly one of the best no2 i have used but also had the worst side effect

the one that works in about 9 seconds is prolly the best...i heard u can take it on a full stomach...works for me....also blitz cycle is a great product..at least i think so

how do you take in so much, and how many protein shakes do you drink daily? Its hard to take in as much as i am, its like i have a full stomach all day long, lol..my metabolism is so high, theres no way im putting fat on

i guess ill try some creatine and attempt to eat more..whats up with the weight gainers and can i stack them with the ON im already taking..it just seems like taking in a bunch of protein shakes, some weight gainer and then creatine seems like a lot, or is this just the norm?

 
Correct me if im wrong, but i THINK your body creates X amount of creatine, and once you get on it, your putting alot more than what your body makes. If you dont cycle on and off of it, your body will STOP creating creatine because it is used to having it dumped in your system.

This is what i understand from what ive been told, but i could be totally wrong
