People getting scammed, why not use COD?

Every time i read a thread about someone getting scammed by never receiving a package, or a package with something different than what the buyer expected, I always wonder why people using the classifieds do not use collect on delivery.

Seems like the 9 extra dollars UPS charges is well worth it.

I will never get scammed as my logic is for the win.

Then send me a MO, I cash it and then I send package out. Takes their trust in me and yes, I have lost sales this way, but eventually sell everything. Has worked out for going on 2 years I have been selling.

Now buying, I put my faith in them and send them a MO and have been lucky so far, lol!

half the retards that get scammed here dont even contact a moderator to request that the scammer be banned.

Someone paid me thru a $ order... turns out to be cheaper and safer for big $ orders compared to paypal

just seems like paying for something when it actually arrives at your house would be an easy way to deal with things.
