Pdx 4.150 Vs Ipaul 4.300

I have a kicker 650.4 to power my Rainbow SLX265's and Alpine coaxes in the rear... when I switched cars the kicker stopped working for whatever reason.

I can get the Ipaul for about $360 brand new, or the alpine for the same price(brand new) I already have a PDX 1.600 for the 2 type S subs and MAN is that thing SMALL!!! and all their PDX amps are the same size... which is cool.

Or I was looking to get the MRP-F550 Which I can get for $150 brand new.

Which would you choose... Budget is a concern. Any Other amps? I was mainly looking at alpines because of the fact that I get a good price on them...but I really dont want to drop $350 on an amp right now... its the only thing that im awaiting for to complete my setup.

My opinion... stick with the Alpine PDX. You already have one, so why not complete it with another. Seems like the right thing to do.

I love my PDX-4.150 (running front comps and sub) . Incredible amplifier.

I thought the PDX's were kind of fugly at first. But then I got to play with one. Man did my opinion change!!! Such a powerful, clean, amp in such a small package. Needless to say, I installed two in a friends vehicle. We tucked them away out of site with no problem.

Read the reviews on the PDX's and you decide. I haven't met one person yet that was utterly disappointed in them.

Yeah your right, I went ahead and bought the 550 today for $150 and installed it... FINALLY after 20-25 hours of install IM DONE! and it sounds very nice
