if you have money in your account, you can do 1 of two things, or both if desired...

do an eCheck or transfer money form your bank account to your paypal

you can make purchases....I usually deposit moneys first.

if you make a purchase its like charging your debit. it will be posted to your account in a couple days.

Paypal will make 2 small deposits on your bank account. Check with your bank in a couple days, and find out what the deposits are, and enter the deposits in when you verify your bank account with Paypal.

If you have a credit card on the account, you can. But most sellers wont ship to unconfirmed addresses.

you have to "add funds" but you need to be verified to use paypal to make any purchases.

so just get verified ****it

Unless you want to wait a few days every time you want to put money in your paypal account you have to put in your debit card or credit card information, then it'll come out immediately.
