I tried that and it ask me to pay the fees so the person you send money to does not get deducted money.

you cant open a claim with sending as a gift either. but if its a friend thats cool. if someone on here with low post count ask's you to pay as a gift kindly deny that

i have people try paying me for product as a gift it cost me 6% instead of 3.5% i declined the transaction and they got pissed lolz

simple way to limit paypal fees is have the money in your account first then send the payment via the MASS pay option ( must be premier or buisness account) which will charge a max of 1.00 charge for any given amount of money... I think its 2-3% up till it surpasses the 1.00 then it doesnt go higher...

There is no .35 cents + % like normal

This is what I used when i had to pay several people when i was doing multi-level marketing...

Just a little tip, its a bit confusing at first, you have to create a document in a certain format but its real simple once you figure it out...
