your supposed to provide pictures of the stuff before you send it out, then provide tracking and weight, etc. then paypal tried to bully em but credit card companies just say F-U paypal, so then in turn paypal tells us sellers F-U buddy, hope you keep doing business with us.

they most likely went to their credit card company and used their buyer protection??? Paypal said that the disputes were not with the individual, but with the credit card company that issued the funds to me. The dispute was ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, all 3 times. And the money was tied up into paypal for about 3-4 months each time during the dispute, which all ended in favor of the credit card companies, so i never seen anything back. the first 2 were started in january, and ended in may, with paypal telling me sorry we couldnt help, your fvcked. The last one was from someone here on this site that seen my for sale posts, same thing with the credit card company. Look for the post DONALD PEPPLE.

After reading all the scam threads just on this forum alone if i ever wanted to steal money from someone thru ebay/pay pal it'd be **** easy.

It is easy... Virtually the same thing happened to me with an orion 2500D (dam orion products!?)

Guy bought it off me, communication was good, 100% feedback, shipped it out tracking number etc. I get a chargeback thru paypal, my balance was -$650 or so. I provided tracking # and multiple pictures to no avail. Local law enforcement helped me as much as they could, but really it's impossible from their standpoint to do anything truely meaningful. Same dam thing, paypal says I want my money...
