basicly, i got fscked over by someome. never sent my product. ive done a buyer/seller dispute. what can resolve from this, if the person doesnt respond? he hasnt responded in 2 weeks. will he get in trouble somehow? isnt that like e-robbing or some shit.. or is there nothing they can do?

if he doesnt provide proof that he sent the product they will take the money out of his account and give it back to you.

i always transfer high amounts from my account just incase some buyer tries to rip me off by doing a charge back after i ship

What if my checking acct is hooked up to the paypal acct? If someone charges back can they withdraw it from my checking acct, or only the paypal acct?

You'll get the money aslong as that acct is still open..

He will endup paying PayPal back for the money that was returned..

I had a Guy buy a Backup camara off me take the parts he needed & then clam I sent a non-working item.. He sent it back to me & they took $400 out of my acct..

I got screwed..Now I have a Backup cam with missing parts & Lost $400

Paypal works for the guy with the best story..

if the scammer already spent your money, paypal wont be able to take back what you gave him if there is nothing in his account. he probably closed his bank account or blocked it.

its so easy for BUYERS o scam people on paypal as well. i think the buyers have MORE power than the seller, even though the buyer sends money first!! all a buyer has to do is say he didnt get an item with no tracking, and paypal will give you money back and the scammer kept the item the he REALLY GOT!! Dam* crazy!!

paypal does **** a lot of the time!!
