Can someone with a PayPal balance try this coupon and see if it works. I'm thinking that I can't use it because my account is dry....I did try two different auctions, one with credit card and one with bank transfer and got the above message each time.

You will need to find an auction with a BIN and the box under it checked "Immediate paymet required." Click on the But It Now tab and you will see a box that says "I will enter an eBay gift certificate or coupon on PayPal." Click on that and click Continue to PayPal (you then go to PayPal's site to pay...but you are not going to get charged). On the Confirm Your Payment page go down to the bottom right and enter the coupon where it says:

Have coupons or gift certificates?

Learn More

Enter coupons or gift certificate code:

(enter one at a time)

Click redeem and see if it works!!!

I couldn't get any to work myself. Not sure why, but some may be able to so I guess it's worth a try at least.
